We use tried and true programs that incorporate diet, weekly or bi-weekly visits, lipotropic injections, sublingual sprays, and or tablets with an appetite suppressant.  The program can be done with or without medications.

Phase one is a protein-only phase meant to induce ketosis.  No, this is not just another keto diet.  Ketosis will kick-start weight loss and the mental reward of seeing weight come off quickly drives you to do more.  Phase two slowly starts to reintroduce carbohydrates in the form of fruits and vegetables. Phase 2-3 introduces physical activity and exercise.  Phase 4 brings it all together.  The result is weight loss with a major reset to your dietary habits leading to lifelong changes!  Our diet and exercise guide can be done with or without medications.   

Medications are tools in our toolbox. Medications can help facilitate weight loss, and improve energy and outcomes.  With all things, if you do not buy into the actual program and work to change your habits you will gain all of your weight back regardless of the medications you use.  We strive to give you all of the resources you need to succeed.  We have numerous custom compounded formulations to fit many different body types.   

Our typical clients start their weight loss journey with a dose of 0.25mg, which they may increase every 30 days. We offer a flat fee per month for doses ranging from 0.25mg to 0.75mg. Most clients use this dosing schedule for their first 3 months.  After that, many clients continue to lose weight and stick to this schedule for as long as they need to. If clients are still losing weight on any of these doses, they can continue at this price structure for as many months as required to achieve their goals.

Non-Members Cost $400.00 per month 

Patients who have undergone an escalating dose will typically be prescribed a dose of 1.0mg-1.5mg during months 4, 5, and 6 of their weight loss journey. These dosages will cover the next three months of the client's weight loss program. If clients are successfully losing weight on any of these doses, they may continue with this dosage and pricing until they reach their weight loss goals. 

Usually, doses above 1.5mg are not required for a client's weight loss journey. However, pricing for doses above 1.5mg is available upon request.

Typical patients start at 2.5 mg and may escalate their dose every 30 days.  We offer a flat fee for doses of 2.5 mg- 7.5 mg.  This covers the first three months of a typical client's weight loss journey.  If clients are losing weight on any of these doses they may stay at this price structure until they reach their goals.  

Tirzepatide availability can change rapidly.  Ascent Care does stock this medication, however, it is in high demand and sells out quickly every month.  Delays of 7-14 days may occur if stock is out.  You may ask for a dedicated prescription to be sent at the time you make your appointment.

 Typical patients following and escalating the dose every 30 days will be on 10mg-15mg.   We offer a flat fee for doses of 10 mg- 15 mg.  This covers the next three months of a typical patient's weight loss journey.  If patients are losing weight on any of these doses they may stay at this price structure until they require an escalation of dose.
