At Ascent care your overall wellness is our goal. When you sign up for a membership program such as weight loss you will have access to medical care as well. We understand there may be many hurdles in your way and we want to help you conquer all of them. Our medical visits can be done in-person or via telehealth. These visits are included in your monthly membership. Members will be given a cell phone number that goes directly to the clinic and the provider carrying for you. We are not here to replace your current provider but to be a resource you can use on your journey.
