TELEHEALTH
Our Telehealth visits can be used by both members and non-members. You may find it more convenient to discuss your health concerns from the comfort of your own home. We offer a variety of Telehealth appointments to discuss the establishment of care, weight loss, hormone optimization, and medical care visits.
Telehealth does have some limitations. Labs and further workup may be required with repeat visits.
Step 1: Request a Telehealth appointment.
Step 2: Complete intake and release forms.
Step 3: Set aside 30-60 minutes in a quiet, private location for a thorough visit with your provider.
Step 4: Medications will be shipped to your door or local pharmacy.
